The automatic packing and palletizing system consists of three main systems: the medium packaging box robot system, the palletizing robot system, and the large box AGV conveyor system. Among them, the middle packaging box robot corresponds to one production line for each set of equipment, and is connected to the wrapping machine; The palletizing robot system, with each set of equipment corresponding to 2 production lines, can simultaneously complete palletizing tasks for different batches and specifications of products; The large box AGV conveying system includes an AGV body, which is used to complete the task of transferring finished large boxes from the middle packaging box robot system to the palletizing robot system. The customer's demand date is urgent, leaving little time for the window of "production → assembly → debugging → delivery" stage; This is undoubtedly a huge challenge.
