Job Description
1. Cooperate with department heads to coordinate and arrange the engineering technology, engineering quality, and safe and civilized construction on the project site;
2. Responsible for solving various problems encountered during the construction process, including quality, safety, progress, cost control, etc;
3. Responsible for the improvement, inspection and handover of all technical materials during the project implementation process;
4. Strictly implement the company's various rules and regulations, propose rectification suggestions for the engineering quality, safety and civilized construction of ongoing projects, and form monthly inspection reports;
5. Generally, it is the site of the project (SuXiChang);
Requirement
1. Major in engineering management, bachelor's degree or above, familiar with engineering construction and various system knowledge, proficient in operating CAD and commonly used office software, experience in mechanical and electrical engineering is preferred;
2. Experience with Party B is preferred;
3. 3-5 years of project management experience, independently responsible for managing large and medium-sized projects;
4. Possess good negotiation skills and on-site communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of cost accounting control;
5. Having good professional qualities, rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility, and a sense of teamwork.
