Biopharmaceuticals are products produced through biotechnology, typically used in fields such as agriculture, medicine, and food. The collection and distribution of biological agents during the production process are very important, not only directly affecting production efficiency, but also playing a critical role in the product and manufacturing quality itself. The advantages of our system lie in:

1. The biological agent tray is made of stainless steel material, which is reusable and convenient for automated equipment and manual processing;

The 2.3D camera machine vision technology has positioning and detection functions, which can automatically detect the outline of the tray, whether there are residues in the product, and locate its position. The robot can accurately complete the unpacking and bottle picking based on the position information;

3. Biopharmaceuticals flow out of the filling line and are equipped with buffer line docking, which can maintain stable and orderly output, thereby achieving non-stop filling of the machine;

4. The collaboration between the manufacturing execution system, warehouse management system, and drug supervision code system enables unmanned information and logistics, ensuring that the entire process of products and information is controlled and recorded.
